How to complain?
According to the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India, the bank has to issue this card within 15 days of the application of the farmer. If this card is not issued within 15 days, a complaint can be filed against the bank. Farmers can contact the Banking Ombudsman for this. Who can take KCC
